Three Green Bay men have been charged with drug crimes for possession of a stimulant known as khat. The men are being held on $10,000 bond in the Brown County Jail.

Critics of the device's use by law enforcement say the stingray threatens the protection of the Fourth Amendment which guards against unreasonable searches and seizures.
